SOLPEX IOP4 Concludes
The 1500 UTC soundings are in and the teams are coming home. The broad area coverage southeast of the lake is beginning to break down and weaken and we expect this to continue with surface heating.
Although this was a weak event, we got some nice data during broad-area coverage formation that will contrast nicely with the afternoon decay observed during IOP3.
