The Energy and Commerce Committee of the US House of Representatives is holding a hearing entitled "Climate Science and EPA's Greenhouse Gas Regulations" today. A wide range of scientific perspectives is being presented. Thanks to the power of modern telecommunications, you can watch the testimony or read the written testimony online.
Such hearings have occurred many times over the years. The subcommittee chair, Rep. Ed Whitfield, notes in his opening statement that there have been 24 such hearings in the House of Representatives in the past 4 years. As such, this hearing won't result in a climate policy epiphany, but is interesting to examine and evaluate the presentations of the presenting scientists.
