Morning Snow Water Content

Alta-Collins overnight: 0.59" of water/3" of new snow = 20% water content snow.

The Utah Avalanche Center reports the 3" is a combination of graupel and heavily rimed snow.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed it skis well as I like a good graupel fest or a creamy snow day if conditions are right.  Nevertheless, I wonder when we'll finally rid ourselves of this pattern and get back to the Greatest Snow on Earth.
