What Is This?

Weird stuff fell out of the sky last night.  I'm not sure what it is, but it's white, fluffy, and looks fun.

The Alta-Collins station got 6" of the stuff overnight (as of 7 am) and there's now 39" total on the ground!  Ah, the wonders of Mother Nature.

The Utah Avalanche Center hoisted the flag and issued an avalanche warning this morning for the Wasatch backcountry.  I can't remember the last time 6" of white stuff falling out of the sky was enough to produce an avalanche warning, but it's falling on a house of cards.

I can't help but think, what a long strange trip its been...
