Most of the contiguous US has fair weather today. Perfect weather in Utah. Get out and vote if you haven't already. Especially you young people out there.
If you feel that you are adequately informed on where the different candidates stand on important issues, then please vote. Otherwise, please respect engaged voters by staying home.
Those are commonly called "clear air returns," which can be produced by atmospheric turbulence and "non meteorological" targets, such as ground clutter (from topography or buildings), bugs, etc.

DeleteMaybe the radar is picking up clusters of people standing in line at polling locations. Teasing, of course.
