The dewpoint during this afternoon's storm reached 63ºF and is essentially in a dead heat with a similar spike on 5 July for the highest dewpoint in Salt Lake over the past month and probably in the past year (it's the weekend, so I don't feel like digging back that far!).
The precipitable water is also way up there, near 3.5 cm/1.4in.
Throw open the windows and enjoy the cool, moist air from this marvelous monsoon surge.
