As noted in a comment from David, Tucson had a remarkable minimum temperature of 18F this morning. You have to go back to 1899 to find a colder February temperature!
Further, the highest hourly temperature observed at Tucson so far today is only 37F.
The actual high will probably come in a shade higher than that, but for kicks, let's compare to the base of Alta anyway. The highest hourly temperature observed at the base of Alta was 35F. Only 2F colder than Tucson.
Eat your heart out Tucsonites!
