At Alta-Collins (mid mountain), I would guess the total snowfall since May 1 is about 30-40 inches based on a quick look at the total snow-depth changes. Total water equivalent is about 5.5 inches at that location, which equates to a water content of 14-18%, so that seems reasonable.Jim Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799757451626876963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6168620747792092240.post-66758225683963671662015-05-19T14:07:32.347-06:002015-05-19T14:07:32.347-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.Jim Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15799757451626876963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6168620747792092240.post-76664664768008676652015-05-19T13:52:55.692-06:002015-05-19T13:52:55.692-06:00How much snow do you think Alta has gotten since t...How much snow do you think Alta has gotten since the resort closed in April?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6168620747792092240.post-43597873884378958572015-05-19T10:44:12.026-06:002015-05-19T10:44:12.026-06:00I tried to get a mountain bike ride on Memorial Da...I tried to get a mountain bike ride on Memorial Day weekend 2011 in Park City. Got rained on, sleeted on and snowed on. Had no gloves, and got wet and cold. The Park City fire station at Deer Valley provided shelter and gave me and my bike a ride back to my car on a fire engine. :)Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15180331785357345922noreply@blogger.com
