South Aspects

I've been camping in southern Utah and neglecting the blog.  Weather posts to assume again soon.

Coming home last night I was most impressed with the snow cover on Mount Timpanogos and the south facing aspects from Lone Peak through the American Fork Twin.  Incredible for mid June.

In Utah, aspect is everything.  South facing slopes in the Wasatch are sometimes snow free or nearly snow free in the middle of winter.  To have so much snow so late in the year is truly impressive.
